I really enjoyed the complexity of this wine! It took my husband and I a while to decide what it tasted like. I felt like it had a earthy flavor but I could not put a finger on it. So I then utilized my free tasting guide and my eyes met my answer, forest floor.
Indian Island’s St. Croix is made up of 100% St. Croix grapes. The St. Croix grape was introduced by the University of Minnesota. It is known to have low tannin and be medium to full bodied. These wines often have a flavor profile of current or other dark berries.
